Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPad, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions → SetMate Pro and tap Cancel. On the web, open SetMate Settings → Subscription and tap "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal.
I lost access to my account
Email us at support@setmateapp.com from the address on your account and we'll help you recover access.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the menu (⋯) on any public song and choose "Report". You can also block a user from there to hide all of their public songs.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account, scroll to "Delete account" and follow the prompts. Deletion is permanent and removes your songs, setlists and public posts.
